I'm starting to think about picking up a Wii U now. I know I'll be getting a games console, which is all I want. I'm hedging my bets on PS4 not screwing up in MS fashion as well.
Most reviews I've seen have been around 8/10 all stating its a good game. A couple of 7's and 9's either side but on a whole well scoring.
Personally I've ordered my copy, I loved the originals MP touring cars and am looking forward to hitting up more of that :)
I enjoyed smashing everyone up with my stick on Enslaved. The only part I didn't enjoy so much was the dicking around with land mines section. All in all though it had good character progression, an interesting enough story and pretty enough visuals to keep me interested.
As someone with 70k gamerscore I can safely say I am moving onto PS4 to avoid such craps.

Half Life is certainly not overrated. Very few 3D games can be played a DECADE after their release and still better a great deal of the current competition.
I took Gordon through his 2nd campaign again earlier this year... It's amazing.
I bought it this weekend, now I feel like a failure :(
Being anti either of them is pretty thick in my opinion... Unless you're simply not into gaming of course.
I know a lot of textures were baked in, but I thought it kept Rage running smooth and the resolution good on my old arsed 360 in all fairness to it.
Regardless, I shall be killing Nazis when this comes out... The previous one was a bit of a guilty pleasure :P

There has been too much over saturation of franchises this gen. A-Creed was so great at first, I played both Creed 2 sequels, the 3rd came out... I just couldn't give a rats arse anymore. I was fatigued of playing the same thing over and over.
I just bought Dead Space 3 this weekend... first impression is, I'm bored of that as well.
